But the problem was that the show actually started at 7 pm so I missed almost half of it.. and it’s all because of your mistake. So I would like to get my money back due to this problem.. I actually wasn’t able to watch the show because the big part of it I just missed it because of your mistake. So I would like to get my refund, thank you.”
